The staff are friendly and efficient, even the night guard (yes - this fantastic place is even open until 8pm which is great if you work late). I was given my first appointment with only a couple of days to wait and was impressed with the facilities. I appreciate if you just "walk in" you will have a long wait - not the staff's fault - they are coping with unpredictable numbers. But if you book your appointment (I have had two in the past month) both times I was seen exactly on time. Couldn't rate the place more highly - thank you!
